Dr Essalah is amazing,very kind, knowledgeable and lovely with babies, his receptionist however is HORRIBLE, cold and so unprofessional. i took my one year old baby for his appointment today and this receptionist was so rude, she yelled at my baby as he didn't want to be measured (because this damn lady was so rude at the get go, she grab his legs forcefully and pulled him with so much rudeness and then when it was time to measure my baby's head, she hold him so tightly that his cheeks became red like a bruise. Very dismissive and lack of tack when dealing with a teenage girl. His words actually did more harm than they did good. Maybe he is good with the younger kids but he should leave the teenage clients to someone else. We won't be bothering with our follow up visit.
Everytime, I call there, i be prepared to talk with this absurd lady receptionist. Dont understand why she is still there. Just because of the doctor Essalah, i tolerate the rudeness in her voice...how come this type of rudeness people keep in their client facing role!
