Ive gone to dr essalah for years now with my son. He's been amazing every time. He always listens and is helpful. I adore his receptionist as well because anytime I've had an emergency with my son she is always supportive kind and shows compassion. They are a great team and run a smooth ship. Thankful for both of them.
We are very happy with Dr Essalah, however the receptionist needs to go! She is very rude, ignorant, and unprofessional.
Dr. Essalah is a very good doctor. Unfortunately, his receptionist is horrible. She is ice-cold, apathy, and rude. My child was scared and didn't want to get measured, and she just said: Pick her up and put her on there. That was unexpected, and I was speechless that she even said that to me.
