Very dismissive and lack of tack when dealing with a teenage girl. His words actually did more harm than they did good. Maybe he is good with the younger kids but he should leave the teenage clients to someone else. We won't be bothering with our follow up visit.
Everytime, I call there, i be prepared to talk with this absurd lady receptionist. Dont understand why she is still there. Just because of the doctor Essalah, i tolerate the rudeness in her voice...how come this type of rudeness people keep in their client facing role!
Ive gone to dr essalah for years now with my son. He's been amazing every time. He always listens and is helpful. I adore his receptionist as well because anytime I've had an emergency with my son she is always supportive kind and shows compassion. They are a great team and run a smooth ship. Thankful for both of them.
We are very happy with Dr Essalah, however the receptionist needs to go! She is very rude, ignorant, and unprofessional.
