I honestly don't understand how someone working in healthcare can be so dismissive and rude toward their patients. My experience with this doctor was incredibly disappointing, and I left feeling unheard, uncared for, and frustrated. She came across as rude, dismissive, and genuinely uncaring toward her patients. I felt like my concerns were not taken seriously, and there seemed to be very little compassion or effort to properly listen and help. Very disappointing. She is clearly getting too old to be practising, and her increasing forgetfulness is becoming impossible to ignore. My concerns were dismissed, important details were forgotten, and the overall level of attention and care is extremely poor. Her manner can also come across as racially insensitive and discriminatory, which is completely unacceptable in a professional setting. Overall, an extremely disappointing experience and not a GP I would recommend.

I had a very disappointing experience with this doctor. I came from overseas and asked her to enter my children’s immunisation records from Turkey into Medicare. I provided the paperwork and was told that this would be done. Unfortunately, the records were entered incompletely, and I was not contacted to let me know that vaccinations were missing or that my children needed to come back for catch-up vaccinations. Dr. Esin is truly one of the best doctors I have ever known. She has been my doctor since I was young, and throughout all those years she has shown nothing but kindness, compassion, and genuine care for her patients. She has also cared for my daughter and has been incredible in helping manage her asthma. Her knowledge, patience, and dedication have made such a positive difference to our lives. She always takes the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and make us feel reassured, no matter how busy she is.
