Dr. Eaker has been my Gastro doctor for several years. When I met him, the first time, he came across rather distant and impersonal. During all my following doctors appointments, even with more than a couple years of seeing me, we talked, discussed what I was going through. He answered all my questions. He was very thorough and explained everything and I felt he really cared about me. He's been like that ever since. Sadly, my new insurance doesn't list him and I'm going to miss him. This was the best of four colonoscopies I have had over the years. The staff and doctor were very kind and caring.
Dr Eaker is a great doctor who did a couple procedures on me like a couple upper endoscopies and one colonoscopy. But I had one endoscopy with no anesthesia so I was awake during it. That was awful. I had to like swallow the endoscope. I could really feel it going down my throat into my stomach and he stretched my esophagus. I’m really happy that he was willing to take the best care of me. I’ve had GI issues since I had my gallbladder removed back in October of 2023. And I’m still in so much pain.
