After waiting weeks to get in for An appointment that my husband desperately needed ... we show up and wait almost two hours past our appt Time (standing in hallway because waiting room was overflowed from overbooking) the Receprionost / nurse asks for our Aetna Insurance card. I proceed to Show her my digital card... she starts being rude saying NO I must have card.. I said Aetna doesn't send cards anymore.
