WELL, I AM HERE TO TELL YOU ALL THAT THIS IS THE STANDARD PROCEDURE FOR DR.GANIER'S OFFICE. G-D FORBID THEY DON'T COMMUNICATE YOUR APPOINTMENT WITH THE FRONT DESK! BE PREPARED FOR THE WORST.
