I called and asked for copies of my records. The receptionist first said they were in archives in the back and then she said they were destroyed in the tornado. I believe that she threw my records away after I contacted the medical board. Dr. Okeke allows her to talk to his patients rudely. This office needs to be sued and shut down. I have no proof of my previous medical history and the receptionist won this evil battle.
