Excellent doctor. She is thorough and takes time to listen to all of the issues, asks questions to make sure she has the whole picture, and explains the pros and cons of each option. All of this she does with kindness and empathy.
Dr. Thurston was personable, informative, and took her time during the appointment. She never made me feel rushed, and patiently answered all my questions. I really appreciated how thorough and kind she was.
While visiting my sister, my family was told to leave. Her exact words were “could you leave”. As a family we were offended because we have never experienced such rude behavior. There are other polite ways to ask a family to leave.
Wonderful, caring doctor. Highly recommend!
