Love how she addresses my child and listens to her answers as to how she feels. She acknowledges her as the patient and gives her attention, not just me the parent. I love that she does this, gives my child some confidence and also validation because she knows she’s being heard and listened to.
Adequate Care. I feld I got adequate care with McCann - she listens and is caring. It was easy to get appointments. I was able to get an appointment within the same day when needing urgent care. I cannot give 4 or 5 stars as she gave me a referral to a specialist who was a terrible doctor. Referrals should be given based on professional experience not just hospital affiliation. My experience with this doctor was so terrible I believe it does reflect poorly on the referrer as well.
