I had my first visit with Dr. Fix today. She listened to my concerns and was very empathetic. She is the first doctor that took me seriously about my menopause symptoms. I felt very cared for and would recommend her highly.
Dr. Fix has been able to provide answers, suggestions and solutions where so many other doctors have not! Some things that I have struggled with for months or years she has been able to solve right away. I feel like I I finally have a doctor who cares.
Dr. Fix is an amazing doctor. Not only does she listen to my issues and my concerns, she treats me as a whole person. She doesn't just look at the issue I'm having in the moment. She looks at everything as a whole and forms a plan for my health that's all encompassing. I have never felt more heard and cared for from a physician. Being a 33 year old female with multiple auto immune diseases and having had cancer twice, my health is a mess. I can’t even begin to explain how grateful I was to find Dr. Fix. After 3 years of horrible symptoms and seeing numerous specialists with no resolution. Seeing Dr. Fix for just a brief time, we are already addressing so many issues that no one else found. I would recommend her to anyone who hasn’t had success with other doctors or those who haven’t felt heard.
Absolutely impossible to communicate with the staff at Dr Fix’s office they have an inability to listen or communicate and interrupt questions and argue the facts and truth and blame the customer for their own mistakes! Tara the office manager black balled me as patient over her absolute unwillingness to hear the truth! This is my experience after 4 visits to office! 12 unreturned phone calls!
