Lady at the front desk is a racist clown. The clown Refused to make my son an appointment for an infected tooth. She tried to say he was contagious with something bc he was so sick he had vomited from the infection. Mobile Bay dental and vision treated his infection & made her look like the fool she is. Stay away from that ghetto place. The dentist is ignorant too. He wanted to pull an adult tooth that only needed a root canal: You’ll also wait for hours and be sent home. The office is also nasty and unclean.
This Vita; Smile office used to be great, but now they have the most rudest person in the world at the front desk. She asks questions about your personal life that has nothing to do with the dentist. They should get rid of her now.
