Dr. Tanner is a wonderful, patient, professional but very warm and caring doctor! I trust her completely and have benefited from her recommendations and treatments over many years. I feel lucky to have her in my life! I have also been treated so well by her front Staff and felt well taken care of recently when going through some personal issues. Anna, Michele and Mel have gone out of their way to help me and I truly appreciate their kindness.
My doctor at this location is excellent, very knowledgeable and helpful. The administrative staff however are condescending and rude. I am consistently interrupted when I call in and they don't allow time to respond. Their procedures are not respected and they make me feel very uncomfortable. When working in a medical office, I believe the staff should be patient and understanding as medical situations can be very stressful. I experienced one of the best medical appointments I have ever had with Dr Tanner. I accompanied my 86 year old mother to her appointment as she has been getting confused about treatment and prescriptions. Dr Tanner was kind and empathetic. We were the last appointment of the day and she took a full hour with us going over everything and putting a plan into place. We left feeling well informed and empowered about the next steps. Well done Dr Tanner! And thank you!

I have never had an issues here until new staff came on board. I get conflicting messages. Told one thing but when I call again told another. Anna is amazing and will message the doctor for me and try to help me but the other receptionist ( can’t remember name ) is very stern and just says no. My doctor used to write me sick notes at a cost without seeing her as she is aware of my medical history and Anna will always message her and ask .
