Honestly, I was terrified after scheduling my husband’s colonoscopy with her due to the reviews and feedback I had read online. With hopeful minds we continued with the procedure. The staff that I spoke with prior were all patient and kind. They were so understanding and quick to do the best they could for me and my husband. I am an RN and Dr. Degayner did a procedure on me today. I could not have asked for a better physician and supporting team at Crown Pointe. The communication and support was exceptional.
Incredibly unprofessional staff! Don’t waste your time, especially if it’s anything requiring urgency. Rude does not even begin to describe multiple staff here.
Went in for colonoscopy, worst experience ever. I wasn't even awake from anesthesia, she tells me she can't complete the procedure. Colon is "swollen or it may be a tumor", then left and told me to call her. 36 days later I find out my insurance won't cover future recommended tests to rule out cancer. Because Degayner failed to clinically justify her findings that indicated 30 cm of sigmoid colon blocked. In her discharge paragraph.
