Had a telemedicine visit that was a waste of my time and money. There was a ridiculously easy solution for a common side effect I was experiencing and he was unwilling to even consider treatment despite it literally being the recommendation all over the internet. Best part - he ended the call with god bless you 😂
I just saw Dr. Bernhoffer via a telehealth visit, first time ever meeting him. He was very kind and caring. I definitely felt he was genuinely concerned for my well being. I loved his sense of humor, he put me at ease. He went above and beyond what I expected. Our visit was about 10 minutes via video. If I lived in TN, I would definitely want to visit him as my regular physician.
Had a virtual exam with this doctor, he was very kind and warm when speaking, demonstrated concern and compassion, and gave me thorough advice for follow-up care and injury prevention in the future. This is only the 2nd time I've ever used a virtual doctor app, I used to be pretty skeptical about it, but experiences like this one make me really appreciate the value of this service.
Doctor was rude and curt. Didn't care about my toddlers health and was not helpful at all. My son has an ear infection, congestion and a fever. Doctor Bernhoffer was completely useless. He only said to give my son Tylenol (duh, thanks Dr obvious!). He wouldn't give prescription for antibiotic for a kid who is in a lot of pain and has a high fever. Seeing this "doctor" was a complete waste of time and money!
Best doctor hands down! He is compassionate, professional, and easily explains everything he's doing while caring for you. I wish Dr. Bernhoffer was my doctor here in California!
