He was excellent and helped me considerably. He is extremely knowledgeable and a skilled physician. I recommend him highly.
Dr. Kass runs his own office. Do I wait in the lobby sometimes beyond my appointment time? Yes. What he lacks in punctuality he more than makes up for in his bedside/chairside manner and his thorough diagnosis. He also provides clearly articulated options with sound recommendations. I trust Dr. Kass to provide me with the best possible ENT care.
