Dr Ploot recommended surgery on the top of my foot above my first (big) toe for nerve sensitivity, removing a small bump the size of half a pea. It was an elective surgery. After I awoke from surgery and under anesthesia, he told me he did me a favor and removed some arthritis around my joint. UNETHICAL. It was never discussed in my treatment plan prior to surgery.
