Terrible stomach pains and was told "that is a good sign, your digestion is fine," but churning intestines could be heard from across the room. Changed doctors and was immediately diagnosed with IBS and intestinal infection. What a jackass, should not be a doctor.
Worse practice I've ever dealt with, the medical staff is ok when you deal directly with them, the admin staff sucks! I've never dealt with a practice in which the telephone operator goes over the results of test. With this practice I'd not be surprised if I got a call from the telephone operator saying "Sorry you only have 6 months to live". This review was prompted by past experience and lately I've been waiting over 3 days for a call-back. Save yourself some grief, don't use this practice. Look at the reviews and the 3.0 ... read more
We have been patients for a while and have never felt comfortable with him. He doesn't appear to want to take care of older patients and never gives a thorough or even a halfway decent exam regardless of the problem one may be having. I was supposed to receive a breast exam in order to get my mammogram and he performed the exam through my clothing. No one in this office wears a mask even though all of the other medical offices we have been to recently have a mask requirement.
Despite being assigned to Dr. Palmer via my insurance company when I called regarding a positive COVID test I was told to just go to Urgent Care because he wasn't accepting new patients.
The staff is outrageous!! They don't listen and don't do what they say. Many medication delays because they don't respond. They are untruthful and skirt issues. They claim requests have been send and they weren't. Today as I spoke to one of them about because they called me about a lab request. I advised the voice mail they were talking about was one week ago. AND if I didn't like what they were doing that I should see another provider if I wanted! Nice customer service Dr. Palmer. When will you lean that your staff is the w... read more
I have been going to this doctors office for about 7 years. During that time I have seen numerous PA's. He had one named Ryan a few years back..what a gem! He is not there any longer...the ones I have seen since have been pretty bad. Finally got to see the actual doctor last visit. He say there and read my chart, didn't ask me how I was doing..just told me basically what was going on with me without asking a question...NOT impressed. Disappointment! It took them a while to get back with results. Had a scan done and had to ca... read more
Dr. Palmer gets 5 stars. His office staff gets one.
No, I would not recommend. Poor office staff, unreasonable requirements signing away your rights, i. e. arbitration. Non caring attitude, refusing care, on and on. Stay away.
His staff is unprofessional, can't get a callback nor an appointment. I have to use this doctor because my insurance forced me to use him, but if you can choose a doctor. Please choose a different doctor
