I think the Cleaning folks and the two Dr's are great! My issue is with their staff (particularly the ones answering the phone). I had an appt on Nov4 for a cleaning and i was to get work done on Dec 1st following that appt (Now canceled), because their staff still can't tell me the cost based on the insurance folks getting back to them. But know this, I've had to call every time to see if the insurance has been notified. One month later and i still have nothing scheduled. I have gone thru extensive tooth replacement that's taken quite a long time. Dr Feinauer has been excellent every step of the way. I would recommend him hands down over anyone.
