I've really enjoyed seeing Dr.Wert. I've finally been able to make some progress with getting my weight under control, and he honestly made me feel so great about it. He acted so proud of my progress and was asking all types of questions about how I was doing it. It made me feel great. Sometimes, he may come off more straightforward, but I don't think he is trying to be rude at all. I think he really cares about his patients and wants the best for them.
Impersonal, more interested in dictating on his computer than relating to patient, no personal interest in communicating about patient concerns, doesn’t check pt over physically just reads labs or nurse notes then dictates and leads out of room.missing key and vital health concerns, so several times went to redi-care afterwards for treatment or scripts. We have never had this kind of inattentive care- maybe spoiled- but happy to change to a caring doctor.
This doctor's office is chock-full of unprofessional people who circle the wagons around each other's unprofessionalism at the detriment of the patient and the patient/doctor relationship. In specific, Dr. Erik Wert's assistant Lisa is unprofessional, rude and abrasive. She is completely incapable of doing her very most important job, which is communicating with patients.
