Listened to me and understood my concerns. Good staff.
We sat in the waiting room for about and hour before someone came and told us that the nurse practitioner I was there to see was going home because she wasn't feeling well. Then it took a while before someone took my vitals. Then nurse said my blood pressure was high, I never had high blood pressure before. And they never checked it again. Then the doctor c as me in told me to change my intake of Metamucil but never addressed my stomach issues then all my other issues I was to see my regular doctor.
I did not have a good experience at my visit with Dr. Samuel. She was not understanding about my anxiety regarding an upper endoscopy. She seemed annoyed. For someone who has never had an EGD before, it is a little nerve wracking. She also scolded me about not getting tested sooner. That is not helpful. I would like to get my copay back. Why should I pay money to get treated like this?
Excellent physician!! She takes time with her patients, is kind, caring and knowledgeable. One of the best!
