I went to this clinic for a procedure. They called two days later to check up on me. During that call I explained i wasn't feeling well. They were going to have the doctor call me. They did not call, 2 days later I was feeling worse and called their office. I was unable to speak to anyone and ended up leaving a message, still no call back. I tried again 2 more days later and still couldn't get anyone on the phone. My colonoscopy was a very positive experience. The following of the pre-procedure directions as to the diet, liquid intake and timing of those various steps was, I believe, necessary to have such a successful procedure. The staff was very professional, explained well any question, and exhibited a caring persona. Thanks for making me comfortable.
