My Wife is a former patient of Dr. Erica Riddenbauch. Both my wife and I begged for a CT regarding long term severe abdominal pain and significant weight loss in a very short amount of time. She wrote an order for a CT w/ contrast (my wife is allergic to contrast) refused to change it, even knowing of the reaction she has. I almost never have to wait. Dr answers all my questions. Never rushes through appointment. Portal is very easy to use and Dr and/or P.A. get back to me quickly. Everyone very informative and professional.

Erica redenbach-my experience-erica, this is an outline of why I told you I feel like you are not providing adequate care: 1. I saw you three times over the course of 9 months discussing my health issues and informing you repeatedly that SSD would be calling for my chart and not one time over these months did you mention that you have not received my chart.
