Extremely unprofessional and disappointing.
My daughter made an appointment last month for me to see Dr. Campbell. The office cancelled it at the last moment. Didn't appreciate the inconsiderate treatment.
Not impressed.
Last month, I made an appointment with Dr. Campbell for tomorrow at 11:30am for my 91 yr old mother. I checked in per my email instructions, answered all of the questions, and printed out all of the paper work. I took the day off to drive down from PA to take my mother to her scheduled appointment.
