I wouldn't even give her a star! A 0! She is completely unprofessional and disrespectful, and has no bed side manner. She also has breached policy by blatantly lieing to a patient! Everytime I would see her she would start arguing, well she did all the talking I just sat there in awe. She would insult me and pretty much told me I was worthless in so many words.
