Decent doctor (not the best) but her staff are rude, inconsiderate & unprofessional, which made me find another Dr.
Amazing person!!!!
I had gone to Dr. Contreras for several years and really liked her. However, i had an abnormal mammagram which ended up in a cancer diagnosis recently. Not only did she spend less than 3 minutes on the phone with me to tell me I had cancer, I also found out that my previous mammogram had shown a cyst. This was not noted on my report but was on the drs report. She denied knowing this and tried to blame the imaging center. Once I obtained the reports for my new doctors, it was clearly listed there. Dr. Contreras is the only OBGYN I see. She’s caring and she listens. Great Doctor.
Horrible experience. When I was pregnant with my son I went into labor the day before my due date. Went into the hospital with extreme contractions but my cervix was only 2cm dilated. She told the nurse to tell me to go home and take 2 Tylenol pms and call her In the morning. I went home which I know now I shouldn’t have and 20mins later my water broke. Dr. Contreras did not deliver my baby and came in the next day barley said anything to me nor checked me. Also told the nurses not to prescribe me any pain meds, for reasons ... read more
