I had my Wife's regular Opthamologist send a referal to this office. They tried to Fax it 3 times and it didn't go through. So I took the referal down there personally and waited for a response. A week went by so I called the office about 1:15 since they do not even answer calls from 12 to 1Pm. NO answer. So I went down there personally to try and make an appointment and the lady at the window didn't know why they had not called me but may had to do with confirming my wife's Medicare and her secondary insurance.
