My partner had a colonoscopy scheduled for 8:30am, and was instructed to arrive by 7:00am, which is also the clinic’s stated opening time. We arrived on time. As of current time (8:09am), no staff have arrived and the clinic is still closed. We have been waiting just outside the clinic door, standing, for over an hour with no communication, signage, or way to contact anyone.
