Dr Shapiro is one of the best Drs I have ever been to. I suffered multiple injuries over a year ago and have seen several physicians and surgeons. He is by far the most informative. His calm bedside manner and his ability to explain to his patients what the problems are and what to expect after surgery, is like no other Dr I have ever been to. I had a 3pm appointment. At 420pm I asked the receptionist how much longer and she said I was neck. She should’ve said I’m next to go back. I was taken back at 435pm and saw the nurse. After waiting in the exam room for another 5-10 minutes I came out and asked the nurse how much longer. She said there’s two patients ahead of me. At this point I left the office and asked for my insurance co payment to be refunded. They asked if I would like to reschedule and I said absolutely not.
