While the doctor is professional and kind, I have never experienced a worse experience having x-rays taken. My house was cut up and I ended up with sores for 2 weeks afterward. Will be looking for a different office with staff that isn't so rough.
Dr. gray is absolutely fabulous I would give him 5 stars HOWEVER Dina in his staff is absolutely unprofessional, I am a cancer patient that was referred to Dr. gray by his brother who is my oncologist. She treated me extremely poorly when I expressed that I was unable to make a payment on 1 appointment that was not covered by insurance!!! If you are a cancer patient especially at 24 years old you are aware of the financial burden, I guess she’s not so she threw a fit and told me that she’s putting my account into collections
Nicest receptionist, amazingly kind hygienist, and Dr. Gray is also the best!
Dr. Gray is super nice and does a great job! You can tell that he cares about his patient’s comfort! He will often check to make sure you are comfortable and not feeling any pain while he works on your teeth. The office is clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Another thing I like is the TVs on the ceiling for entertainment while you get your teeth worked on. Great experience!
Dr. Gray and his staff were so accommodating for an emergency visit. They were friendly and professional. I received excellent treatment. I would highly recommend.
