The billing company this Doctor works with Synergy Associates are unprofessional and lied to me. For the same service date, they created 2 accounts. Even after I settled the amount on the phone, they still sent for collection using 2nd account. When asked for explanation, they go back on their statement. They are rude and reluctant to resolve. If I have an option, I will not chose them again nor recommend them for anyone.
