I had shoulder surgery on Oct 9 2025. A couple weeks later, I was in so much pain and getting little sleep. I went to urgent care on a Saturday and was given a shot that lasted a few hours, went to my primary physician and received nothing, then back to surgeon for steroid shot in bicep. No improvement. I have been experiencing pain for two years with no hope in sight. I started to believe that this was just my life and I had to learn to live with it. I was referred to him by my primary and within one week he changed my whole life. I will be forever grateful. Needless to say...I highly recommend him.
Dr. Spears is the only doctor I've had in 2 years that really listened to me. And he went above and beyond to figure out what was wrong with me. I would give him 10 stars but they only let me give him 5. If you need a good doctor, please go see him. He is amazing!
After going undiagnosed & having no doctors take me seriously my entire life, Dr. Spears has helped me regain massive amounts of function & along with it, hope & quality of life! He's an incredibly personable guy that is very kind, accepting, LGBTQIA+ safe, & really gives you the time you need during appointments.
Hands down the best pain Dr ever. I recently had an emg test to discover I have a sciatic nerve issue in my leg, Dr spears made me feel very comfortable thru the procedure, excellent bedside manner. I then had a few days later a nerve blocking shot, once again he made me comfortable and my shot did not hurt like I thought. Do not hesitate making your appointment with Dr Spears, he is a very intelligent Dr and cares about his patients. Highly recommend..
