We had the worst experience of our lives with this dentist. Dr. Eric Schuetz and his entire staff refused to provide dental records when requested via certified mail, informed via email they were sending the records but never did, took our money without completing dental work and are requesting more money for services paid for already upfront. They have failed to realize that withholding dental records is illegal. Please reach out to me if you or someone you know have been a victim.
I had to get my wisdom tooth pulled while pregnant which was scary and not ideal. He was very professional and did an excellent and pain free job.
