I've waited years to post this review, to see if I'd feel any differently with time passing. What should have been a textbook surgery/procedure to insert tubes in my ears, it was the worst experience of my life. Dr. Holendar performed this procedure in his office with numbing dops for my inner ear, however, I was not numb. He cut into my left ear for tube insertion without the numbing agent working and created a huge hole in my eardrum while I winced with pain. Terrible Terrible Terrible. Definitely not recommended! They fabricated an entire report filled with false and misleading information. Sarah Livengood is not here for YOU. She could care less about your situation and completely disregards you. She did not take me seriously at all. Yet she said I have no medical history. So, you think I came in for the fun of it? This is pathetic!
I don’t leave negative reviews lightly, but after giving this considerable thought, I feel it’s important to share. After receiving a terrifying cancer diagnosis, I called the office to request that my information be sent to a specific oncologist. The way Janessa spoke to me during that call was deeply upsetting.
