Dr. Fredrickson was my ER physician and I never saw him. Never came to my room. Took hours for pain meds. He then discharged me to the 7th floor without ever seeing me. Find another doctor. Because of him I am seriously considering another ER where the physicians actually see you.
I was attended to by Dr. Fredrickson at the Ahuja ER. He sat down with my wife and me, listened to all the aspects leading to my condition, then discussed options and alternatives with us. In three hours the condition was cleared and we were discharged. Dr. Fredrickson has an excellent “bedside” manner. He takes time and listens. He was also familiar with my condition and treated me accordingly and successfully.
Seems nice enough but I don’t trust his judgement. Instead of admitting me, even for observation and ordering mri, he sent me home and stated my issues weren’t life threatening. I called my surgeon and come to find out I was right. He should have admitted me and done an mri.
