Dr. Thompson did an amazing job on my son’s brain surgery!! I am forever thankful for him acting quickly. My son had a brain tumor in the 4th ventricle, and he was able to remove the whole tumor. He recovered perfectly, and has been cancer free for 1 year now. Thank you for caring for my son, and being a great surgeon.
I wouldn’t refer anyone to go to Dr. Thompson because he is not helpful zi took my daughter there for he head growth and he said it was normal that her head is shape he was disrespectful we are now going to unc it’s a better hospital and better drs ps I wouldn’t recommend you to see Dr. Eric Thompson
MY GRANDDAUGHTER WAS SEEN BY THIS DOCTOR N SEVERAL OTHER DOCTORS SAID SHE NEED THE CRANAL HELMENT ONE SIDE OF HER HEAD IS HEAVIER SHE CONSTANTLY IS HITTING HER SAME SIDE EVERYTIME BCUZ HER HEAD IS HEAVIER ON ONE SIDE THAN THE OTHER I CONSTANTLY SEE MY GRANDDAUGHTER SUFFER EVERY DAY BCUZ OF HER ABNORMAL HEAD SHAPE N GROWTH N THIS DOCTOR SAID THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH HER HEAD THAT ITS NORMAL FOR HER HEAD TO BE LIKE THAT THANK GOD WE GOT MY GDAUGHTER REFERRED TO UNC HOSPITALS
Dr. Thompson saved my son’s life. He was so nice, calm, reassuring, confident, and we always knew what was going on. My son had to have surgery on his brain to remove blood vessels that didn’t develop properly making them more prone to bleed which was causing massive seizures. Dr. Thompson made this terrified mother feel empowered and educated which made a horrifying experience bearable.
