I am sooo happy that I was referred to Dr. Redmon’s office! I was previously a patient at a large practice in Blount County, where I live. Many, many times I had stressed to my previous Dr that I was always exhausted and hurting all over. I also had a print out of my DNA results showing that I could possibly have the MTHR gene mutation. These guys have been my physician ever since ive moved here to tn. Totally laid back staff and great bedside manner. The only thing is after 3 yrs they let me go because my insurance wasn't paying them correctly so they dropped united health altogether. Its disapointing because i tried a new dr and they wont give me the script for my anxiety. I have a spinal cord injury so i have bad tremors and spasms. Redmon understands your situation. I was a patient here for years until 2023, when I got sick with many colds, sinus infections, and multiple instances of strep throat. I called them, and at first, they were very helpful. Things were going well when suddenly they stopped calling me back, and not renewing my maintenance medications, they put me on. They never asked to see me in the office, nor did they give any explanation.
