I must admit I was nervous with reviews saying the front desk is rude and unprofessional… our experience was quite the opposite. We were greeted as soon as we walked in, every single one of them interacted with my baby, asked her name, made her smile etc. They were great! Dr. Madren was as phenomenal as you’ve probably read by now. He answered every “first time mom”question I had with wisdom, kindness and patience. We waited 2 months for this appointment, but our experience was truly worth the wait!
Dr. Madren is an excellent doctor. He is always so patient and kind with our two autistic sons. He always addresses evey concern that we have and we are never rushed. However, the front desk staff is another story. They need to immediately attend some sort of customer service training. We drive over an hour to see Dr. Madren and being treated rudely upon arrival ruins an otherwise great experience.
