Horrendous office staff. Tried to get information and the woman on the phone was extremely unprofessional and wouldn’t get anything for me. I asked to speak to an office manager and never heard back from her after 2 weeks. I called today to cancel the appointment and the woman on the phone was next level unprofessional. She answered the phone with just a “hello”. I was very confused and asked if it was the correct office and all I got was “yep”. She asked information with a very irritated tone and just said done and hung up.
Dr. Madren is very kind, caring and a good listener. He is the best!
