Staff lost a urine sample without apology. Dr Folkens tried to hold long standing prescriptions hostage, only extending one month at a time, so that regular office visits would be scheduled. I also feel that he lied to me, and I was not impressed with his University of the Caribbean education or his manner in dealing with patients.
