This place was extremely rude . I would never recommmend this place to anyone. The man on the phone who answered my phone call, sounded very unprofessional, and uninterested in what i had to say. And all around lacked basic customer service.
I had a great experience with Dr. Lee's office today. I took my mom and myself for exams. His staff was friendly as can be. My mom was getting an eye exam and new glasses. They took great care of her. I had to get an exam myself and it was also my first time being fitted for contacts. Fast, efficient. Dr. Lee's assistant was super friendly and funny. Dr. Lee was great and he and his assistant took great care. I was nervous about getting contact lenses. But they made the process easy and now I can see so much better. Thank yo... read more

I’ve used this office in the past and the doctor was decent but never on time. More recently, the front staff is rude and lazy. They called me asking for my updated vision insurance. I provided the information and she had no idea what she was talking about regarding the use of blue cross blue shield vision insurance. (One of the largest medical insurance providers in the country) I explained that I could provide her my member ID number and she could confirm the coverage. She began to argue with me that she would have to have... read more
