I was seen by Dr Wong who professionally performed the work needed to restore my missing tooth with a new crown promptly. Aside from being an experienced dentist, He came across as friendly and caring. Dr. Lau and Dr. Wong are genuinely caring, and skilled, and have always provided excellent dental care. However, our interactions with their receptionist, Helen were disappointing due to her rudeness. She is quite disrespectful, which impacted our overall impression of the clinic. Hope Helen’s demeanour improves and the office addresses this issue to create a more welcoming environment for patients.
