My mother had an appointment scheduled for June 3rd, which she had been waiting for over a month. She works every day and had specifically arranged to take this day off for the appointment. Boyfriend got a call from the clinic. He asked for a call back so he could remember to book once he figured out how to make a 3h walk or a non existent bus ride for a at latest 8 am appointment slot only. He asked for said call back as he has memory impairment and was downright refused accommodations. If staff can't figure out a call back I wouldn't trust them with figuring out my root canal. Tsh.
The dentist and the assistant were really nice but the receptionist was so rude I came in a bit late as I live half an hr away from the clinic and they couldn’t give me an afternoon appointment my appointment was at 7:45 and of course traffic was crazy. As soon as I walked in and gave my name she snapped at me and was yelling telling not to be late next time although the clinic was empty and the consult only took 10 mins. 10/10 came in for cracked tooth (suspected). Dr. Kwan sat me down drew my tooth on a piece of paper and explored all the possible scenarios and outcomes in depth. Took time to answer all my questions. Not pushy, no bs medication. Guy is straight to the point and lets you decide what’s best for you. The clinic is outstanding. I recommend this to any Albertan/canadian/international fellow looking for a tooth specialist. Thank you Dr and your team.
