The office staff displayed a lack of professionalism and courtesy. Initially, they disconnected the call while my assistant was arranging an appointment. Subsequently, they canceled the appointment, only to reschedule it for the following week. Upon my arrival, I was informed that my appointment had been canceled, allegedly due to someone calling to do so, which was surprising.
