I am a 24 year old with cleft lip & palate. I have struggled for many years, have had 26 surgeries all together. Dr Stilnicky deserves way more stars. He has been a total blessing to my grandson, after 2 surgeries at NCH we had to urgently find another Dr. We were desperate! Even called NY and a very nice surgeon said look into Dr Eric Stilnicky in FL. We still have maybe, one more surgery left in a couple of years and we sure want him to perform it, won’t trust no one else. He has done 6 surgeries to date with Dr. Stilnicky. My daughter had a small procedure done February 2021. Billing codes changed from estimate and bill to insurance was 10 times the amount going from about $900.00(nine hundred) to almost $10,000(ten thousand). Spent many hours working out billing situation from April 2021 through January 2023. I was told by a medical staff at the office codes should not change like they did. I even have a copy of the surgery booking sheet with codes from estimate being used, and the codes were still changed. It should not happen that way. The ... read more
My son had many surgeries with Dr.Stelnick, I’m so grateful , he’s a very good doctor , but the last surgery I had approval from the insurance and after surgery I received a bill from the doctors office , i tried many times to solve that problem but nobody helps me, the insurance said they send a wrong code to them, that’s why the insurance don’t want to pay, but the doctors employees don’t want to help me , I’m very disappointed , because I never had a problem before
