January 2019 Incorrect notes. And not just a little mistake. Crazy making. Was there from 11:30pm to 5am they ran unnecessary tests. Like a strep test that was not needed considering I was there for an INJURY. Xrays and ct wasnt ran until 4:30am Diagnosed with anterolisthesis from a TRAUMATIC injury.
