I flew from California to Baltimore for tarsal tunnel release with Dr. Williams. The thing I'd most want another patient to know is how accessible he is. He answers texts directly. I've sent him daily post-op updates and questions and gotten back specific, thoughtful replies, not one-line brush-offs, and not filtered through three layers of staff first. Dr Williams spent almost two hours with me yesterday, my first time seeing him in person. I had a nerve block on my superior cluneal nerve. He did the first injection and came back and checked on me, I was still feeling pain so he did another with a little more medicine. I walked out of his office PAIN FREE!! I normally don’t write reviews but I want to say how kind Dr Williams is. If you suffer with pain please give him the opportunity to help you. He listens and does what he says he will do. The office ladies are very polite and surgery center is as comfortable as you can possibly get. EDIT: It’s been nearly eight months since my surgery. I’ve come a long way.
