I was in touch with Dr. Green who was the on call provider NYE. It was a long day dealing with an illness, and the response from him was incredible. I was stressed out beyond belief and his first words were “How can I help?” I immediately felt such a sense of relief. There was an issue at the pharmacy less than 20 minutes before close and he returned my calls immediately, knowing the pharmacy was closing soon and he didn’t want me to have to wait another day for help.
