His office phone has been off for weeks. He has abandoned over 150 patients
Dr. Kim is very thorough. He doesn't rush during our appointment. He listens to me. It is nice to know that I am going to see him and not someone different every time I go. I'm happy with him as my doctor.
This is the most unprofessional doctor I have ever met. He constantly disregards his patients and neglects their needs. There has been numerous occasions where he has not shown up for appointments by phone and in person, he never returns phone calls and his receptionist continuously overbooks. I myself have had terrible experiences with Dr. Kim and have numerous family members who have also experienced the same thing. Trash doctor. Doesn't care about his patients. This is coming from a long time RN.
If I could give a no star I would!!! The worst eye glass place ever they make u pay up front and then u never get ur glasses. Then no one will answer the phone and the office is never open!! Refunds r a joke!!! BEWARE
