The office staff, Diana is a Breeze to work with. Efficient and quick.
Dr. Dunlop is a treasure. Our area is especially in need of doctors in general. Maybe because of the patient overload in part, I mostly hear negative stories from my friends about doctors being short with them, long wait times for appointments, feeling rushed or their doctor does not appear to remember them. I am extremely satisfied with Dr Eric Dunlop and his amazing Staff! They have tremendous knowledge and expertise, my appts are scheduled promptly and test results delivered ASAP! They all go above and beyond to provide complete care and I have referred several friends to their practice. I feel lucky to be their patient!
If I could give zero stars, I would. I had a deeply disappointing experience with the receptionist over the phone. She was shockingly rude when I tried to schedule an appointment, even though I’ve been a patient there before. They couldn’t find my information, and instead of offering help or understanding, her tone and attitude were dismissive and upsetting—it honestly left me shaken.
