If I could give zero stars, I would. I had a deeply disappointing experience with the receptionist over the phone. She was shockingly rude when I tried to schedule an appointment, even though I’ve been a patient there before. They couldn’t find my information, and instead of offering help or understanding, her tone and attitude were dismissive and upsetting—it honestly left me shaken. Dr Dunlop takes the time to listen to me. When offering solutions to a problem, he takes my ideas and preferences into consideration. What's more, all the ladies on his staff, from receptionist to nurses, are always most welcoming and pleasant. I very much appreciate that they always phone me about test results in a very timely manner. No complaints from this patient.
Dr. Dunlop is a treasure. Our area is especially in need of doctors in general. Maybe because of the patient overload in part, I mostly hear negative stories from my friends about doctors being short with them, long waiting times, feeling rushed or they don't have a basic understanding of their care. Dr. Eric Dunlop and his staff are exceptionally responsive, personable, professional and thorough. The annual physical is very comprehensive, and Dr. Dunlop is very good at explaining the results of the bloodwork and other testing. He listens, is patient and offers suggestions. He is also open to referring me to a specialist or to physical therapy if he believes it will improve my health. Those referrals have had positive results.
