Years ago would have gotten 5 stars. 2 years ago up until 2/23/23 , 1 star is too much. Care , compassion and competency non existent especially when the real nurse & staff are no longer there…… need I say more
Scheduled an appointment one month out, mailed test results (yes mail only, no email) that were reasons for the referral from the primary doctor. Waited for 4 weeks, week prior to appointment date was told it was cancelled. First explanation given that this was because scheduling conflict (!), then it changed to absence of test results and some prior records request.
