Dr. Bauer was very nice with myself and 3 year old. I went to see if I should get my daughter’s tonsils out. He took the time and really explained that with her current symptoms, it’s best to not remove. Appointment was not rushed and I left with no questions. Good experience!
I had an appt with Dr Bauer today. He was very kind and professional. He explained everything about my condition in great detail so I could understand everything. He is very friendly and doesn’t rush through the appt. I would recommend him to anyone that needs an ENT doctor.
I had a tube placed in my ear without my knowledge & he gave me no instructions on how to care for it. It wasn't discovered until I went to urgent care for an earache. When confronted about it, Dr Bauer was incredibly rude & dismissive. His office also informed my disability insurance that I was ready to return to work after 14 years when they had no involvement with my foot & ankle (the reason for my disability)
A couple of weeks ago my husband saw our PCP because he had a cold and his ear clogged up and wouldn't unclog. He prescribed prednisone and referred him to Southwest Ohio ENT. My husband and I have been going to Southwest ENT collectively for over a decade, we've always seen Dr. Adan Fuentes. Dr. Bauer performed a recent lipoma removal and the whole process from pre-op, surgery, and post-op have been amazingly easy, and recovery has been right on schedule. Dr. Bauer never makes us feel rushed during appointments and always has an honest answer to our questions!
