Dr. Alvarez is very nice and friendly. So is his staff. Everyone is welcoming, and the facility is updated and modern. He explains everything clearly and what treatment options are available. His staff also helps with scheduling appointments that work with your schedule. They also work with a credit center to help with financing options. Highly recommended!
Dr Alvarez hides behind his admin staff that is rude and unhelpful. Do yourself a favor and avoid this dentist at all costs. They only care about your money. What kind of dentist ask you for the credit card while in the chair to sign and pay. The customer service is terrible, they cancel appointments without telling you and have no real value to work with. All the people we know are leaving their office.
Had a cleaning and fillings performed by Dr. Alvarez. Quick and easy experience. Dr Alvarez explained what was going on and the next steps to fix the cavaliers I had developed. I felt he was thorough in his work and answered any questions I had making sure I understood. Overall great dental experience.
Returning from a week long vacation the day before my scheduled appointment I arrived on time for my appointment and waited 35 minutes. After my cleaning Dr Alvarez came to check my teeth and said because I didn’t confirm my appointment he was running behind. No one spoke to me prior to this to explain why I had to wait.
